I had an amazing experience at Hideaway Pizza! Their pizzas are absolutely delicious. I love this Hideaway! I come very often, always with a little boy in tow. Today he was fussy during lunch, and our server was extremely nice and helpful the whole time. We ended up having to leave without finishing our pizza to avoid ruining everyone elses lunch. He brought boxes and was very polite. I’m always very impressed with how judgement free the servers are. There was a young couple by the door who had nothing but snarky looks and hateful attitudes, but again the servers kept their opinions to themselves and off their face! Highly impressed!!
Definitely not your ordinary pizza joint! We were greated at the door with smiles and a warm welcome. And the air was filled with the aroma of fresh baked pizza. Once seated, in a packed house, we were quickly introduced to our server, Victoria. She was extremely cheerful and ready to meet our every need. From drinks, appetizers, and then our mains, she returned to our table with a big smile and kind words each time. While the food was excellent, her service was even better. Our entire party of five, openly admitted that she delivered the best service we have experienced anywhere. This gal should be training others and sharing her gift of customer service. Make sure you try the house craft beer with your favorite pizza. While the parking is difficult to find a spot, it's well worth it. Do yourself a favor, ask for Victoria!
Manager working on 6/15 at 4:45pm wearing a blue plaid shirt was simply the best. We purchased 7 pizzas online for the wrong date and he came out took our order and rushed to get it done for a family’s funeral (which he wasn’t aware of). I cannot thank him enough and your staff for getting those done so quick and highly recommend this place.
Came a few nights ago and had one of the best experiences ever. Spencer was so so lovely, and really made my visit so great. I shared a cheese pizza and had sweet tea with my mom, and our glasses were never empty. Impeccable conversations from both the servers and hosts, and will happily make the drive all the way to Edmond as this is the best hideaway in the metro!
These people are amazing! They have a lot of pretty kites decorating the restaurant, and the other parts are very clean. When we got seated, this great gentlemen named Alex served us and was very personable. When we got our food, we tried new things we didn't know we'd like but it was still so delicious! Neither me or my father drink, but they still had an illustrious selection. The food was very good, the staff was all smiles and were people I respected and enjoyed being served by. If you're thinking "should I come here?" you need to! Easily a 5/5 stars experience.
When we lived in Oklahoma some years ago we used to frequent Hideaway Pizza. We couldn't resist eating here again during our recent visit to OKC. It provided us a bit of nostalgia and our boys thought it was a cool place. The pizza was as good as we remembered and we are excited they are now building one in McKinney TX near where we live. They are definitely worth a try if you are hankering great pizza.
